Our people
Strategy:Next is led by Principal Kim Ondreck Carim. Kim brings over twenty-five years of business experience and nearly twenty years of nonprofit experience, as a Board leader and an executive, to the table for her clients. Her successes garnered the Bay Area CFO of the Year and CalCPA Woman to Watch awards and features in several major business publications. Kim is the co-author of Museum Magazine's Striking a Balance at Oakland Museum of California.
